Yasser is the leader of the AIA team and has over a decade of hands-on experience in Operational Efficiency, Capacity Building and Organisational Transformation projects in the public, parastatal and private sectors. He brings a highly pragmatic approach to all of his assignments which is critical in the South African context.

During his time at AIA, Yasser identified and recognised the importance of a client’s ability to deliver on its strategy and the lack thereof being a key inhibitor to successful implementation. This, coupled with the critical importance of skills transfer, sustainability and empowerment of our clients, has driven Yasser to lead from the front on several capacity building assignments at Executive, Senior and Middle management levels with a strong focus on Action Learning and Project-Based Action Learning.
